The Green Smoothie Formula
2-3 cups of leafy green vegetables
Sprinkle in Superfoods
2 Teaspoons of fats
2 cups of liquid
And add in your Protein.
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Pack in your greens, superfoods, and fats.
- Add your liquid base.
- Add your protein and ice
- Blend and enjoy!
